ROWS brings a solution that isn’t currently offered in the market space of flexible office space. We aim to be the AirBnB of office space. Giving our users flexible, fun, and affordable solutions to get their work done. When it comes to finding a flexible place to work, options get limited really fast. Coffee shops sometimes just don’t make the cut and commercial space can be a burden users just don’t want to take on. 

Other Remote Working Solutions can get Costly 

What are your alternatives to ROWS? When you buy a commercial office – monthly rent is a huge cost and you may even need to get stuck in a longer term lease. These extra costs add up fast, decreasing the healthy income of a remote worker. Is it really an affordable solution for someone on a freelance or student budget?

How about the traditional coffee shop or local chain eatery? Coffee shops can sometimes be really noisy, crowded, tough to find a plug in, costly ($7 drink and then there is only their food options), and you aren’t guaranteed a spot. Why work with the unknowns?

There is also a local chain eatery. But, it is really tough to find a plug in, and quiet space to work. The background music and environment really isn’t conducive for video meetings. Wifi can get overloaded quickly as well. Then there are the prices of trying to get something to eat while taking up a space that someone working there wishes they could turn over to make more money. It isn’t ideal.
